I love Epic Sports, they are always my go-to. The only issue I had was the delivery, the 3rd party delivered to the edge of my parking and the box was crushed and open.
I measured my kid and ordered according to the size chart. They do not fit and there are no returns or exchanges even though we did not personalize in anyway.

The product I ordered is too small. But Epic charges a restocking fee plus shipping to return. I'd rather donate the items to a charity than have to pay to give them back. And then Epic sells and makes money again on the same item.
I normally order through another company. They should share their customer service plan with Epic.
No return shipping and FAST delivery. I only use Epic when it's a last resort.
I'm sorry to be so harsh. Just not satisfied with my overall experiences. I've ordered from Epic about 6-7 times. Each time there has been something not quite right.

THe pants I ordered came in a very crumpled up bag. When inspected, the top snap is broken and I now have to figure out how to return these pants. Someone else must have returned, however, they were never looked at and simply sent out to the next customer.
Jerseys run a little big. Great other than that.
