Overall my experience was good. Just the experience with customer service wasn't all that good. Someone called to verify the cardholders identification and she was very short with our employee and wasn't very helpful. Other than that, my experience has been great!

Using your size guidelines I order 12 pairs of sox. These sox turned out to be much too small. I contacted Customer Service in an attempt to exchange the sox and ran into 9 yards of process along with the requirement to place a second order of equal or greater value.
It was as if Customer Service feels they are doing me some sort of favor by considering to deal with my issue. It is very unlikely that I will make any future purchases from your Company.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
