An in stock order took over two weeks to receive. I received an email from Epic's "customer service" department 12 days after my order was placed saying my order had shipped. I replied back asking if this was their normal time it takes for in stock orders and received back a snarky reply that will lead me to not use this company again.
Easy to navigate through web to order product. Size selection is tricky. I made measurements from old jacket ( not current vendor) that fits me well over a light pull-over. However, the newly purchased jacket is somewhat tight with one inch short on arm. Without pull-over, the jacket fits good.
What is the solution, return for for a bigger measurement?
