I do not recommend this place at all. I did not receive my full order, when I contacted epic sports to notify them that I was missing an item they basically said I was lying and said they were not going to give me a refund on the item I didn't receive or get the item sent to me. They pretty much called me a liar. I did not recommend them they are not honest and will question your interity as a customer..

I had to change the product I ordered because there was not enough stock. The representative I talked to said they never know when they will get stock. Shipping is expensive to be so slow. S15 for it to take 2 weeks to get to me is too much!

I ordered many closeout items. The pricing was very good, as was quality, except pair of red track pants with white stripe. I wondered if I was sent Girl's M instead of Women's M. They were so very short, they were almost capris. They were in fact women's All else was great
Order receipt and delivery receipt really should contain a small 'pic' of the item ordered, next to the 'item#' ordered. When reviewing my orders, it gets confusing when all I am given is an item # and color, especially in a large order. Orders from other companies include this.
Also, Epic needs to provide carrier and tracking#'s. Again, every other company does. I like knowing when my packages are arriving to plan, and know if there is a delivery issue.

Wasn't exactly what I thought I ordered. I researched snap up pants and the pants I received were zip up. The picture shown was hard to tell and not a very good description. I am hoping this next order will be snap up.
