I coach youth soccer and need to purchase soccer balls regularly to replace ones that wear out, get lost, or get damaged. I ordered 15 soccer balls. 14 were ok, one was defective and would not hold air. Contacted Epic about the defective product and requested replacement and did not receive a response. Not sure how much time to waste in an effort to get them to replace a $6.59 item, but their failure to respond to a customer service inquiry after sending me a defective product after I have ordered from them multiple times makes me reluctant to order anything more substantial from them.

The delivery time was much quicker than my regular supplier and am considering changing to Epic Sports for these items in the future if the product gets good reviews from my customers.
