I needed to cancel my order since it was taking them so long to ship it out. I contacted customer support, and they refused to refund the shipping price even though they hadn't shipped the order to me yet. I would have gotten back 90% of the shirt price (so about $2 of the $7.50 spent to get it.) The customer support person was rude and it took way too long for them to ship my order out. I opted to recieve the shirt anyway, because then I would have nothing to show for losing $5.50. Their 10% cancelation fee is reasonable, but their ot returning the shipping proce is not.
Your shipping prices are way too high. Savings on products is eaten up in shipping costs. Doubt I will order again.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
