I placed my order and received an email every other day with an update that my shipment had an ETA of September 18. When I received the same automated email on Sept 17, I was concerned since I absolutely needed the product by Sept 20. When I chatted with customer service, they had no solution and thanked me for my understanding. Thankfully, my order arrived on Sept 19, but I did not know that until I received a shipment notification. I will likely be stuck ordering these uniforms from Epic in the future, but will be looking for an alternative and I will not trust the process. Please do not send automated emails with inaccurate information! If they had changed based on the production of my order, that would have been helpful. Instead, they misled me to believe that everything would arrive on time.

Socks and belts I ordered from Epic came super fast. They come from a different supplier but was pleasantly surprised by how quick it was.
Also ordered dri-fit shirts to use as practice shirts for our softball team. The turn around time for just names and numbers on the back took about two weeks to receive and the package wasn't great. All the shirts came extremely wrinkled unfortunately ( but nothing a little steam couldn't fix).
I have over the years purchased your field paint to paint my yard with "IM IN" with the white and navy colors to represent the Seattle Seahawks. Well this year I decided to paint my rooftop for all to see! It looks so cool! But we have had an unusual amount of rain this early fall but to my surprise the paint has not run or faded so Im pretty stoked that this will prevail through the raining PNW fall and winter at this point. The delivery time was super fast as well!
