I rec'd items when promised. The only problem was the size 13 spikes has one of the eyelets for the lace falling out. I'm afraid after some use it the shoe laces will start to tear the leather. Since its not returnable and the price was good I decided to let it slide. Had I not got such a good price I certainly would have complained.
