I had used epic sports in the past several times and had no problems. This time around I had problems start to finish. My order was delayed b/c they could not fill the order. I had to change my order completely and was told, by an unfriendly customer service agent, to wait to return items I now couldn't use b/c they couldn't fill the rest of the order. After the Christmas break I was told that I waited 4 business days too long to return these items. No understanding, no budging, they got my money and weren't going to give it back. Period, the end. I WILL NEVER purchase anything from epic sports ever again. I don't recommend you do either. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they will never get my business again. The few dollars saved is not worth their terrible customer service.
Just hope this gets to me as quick as my last order.
