I like the concept but it's kind of small, and the wheels are kind of shaky, my puppies weight shifts the thing from side to side (he's nine pounds). There is not opening at the top for him, so it gives him anxiety. But then again he's not used to being so closed in. I'm not saying it's the worst product! For the price it's worth it, but if you pooch is over 10lbs look for something bigger! It really snug for my 9lb baby!

Overall I was satisfied with the products I ordered. They were exactly what I expected. Not sure why, but shipping took about 4 days longer than it was supposed to.
The prices are good but I think I'd prefer to pay a little more somewhere else next time so that I could possibly return something if needed without it costing more than the actual item. I ordered for an entire team. At this rate it would be cheaper for me to just order something new than go through the expensive return/exchange process. I will not order here again, even though the quality was on point. I'd rather pay $1 more per item somewhere else for the peace of mind of being able to return or exchange for free.

The price, delivery time, and selection is the reason I continue to purchase products from Epic Sports. The only negative experience I've had is dealing with their poor return policy. I had some t shirts made with heat numbers applied and they came out horribly. Unusable actually and I couldn't return the items for a refund because they were personalized. It wasn't my, the consumers, fault and yet I had to eat that money.
