I paid extra for shipping to be delivered by a certain date. The delivery did not come on that date it came 3 days late. I asked for a refund on delivery charges and was told they do not refund charges on standard delivery. Perhaps you should not charge more for standard delivery if you cannot delivery by the date you say you will. I am a loyal customer who has placed many orders all with satisfaction, I'm sure I will continue to order from Epic because of the prices BUT I would like to be refunded my shipping charges since you did not deliver on time and did indeed charge me extra for it, standard or not. You did not deliver on time standard or not it's as simple as that, I am entitled to a refund of shipping charges.
