I ordered on February 25 -- a large order of batting helmets. Was told the ETA for delivery was March 8. I was told that the goods were not shipped until March 9 (the day our season started) and after the ETA for actual delivery.
No one called or e-mailed to let me know that the shipping was going to be delayed until after the arrival date -- if I had known that I could have cancelled or modified the order. Now I am told that if I want to return anything I have to pay restocking fees and shipping costs. Very poor customer services -- definitely will not use them again. EPIC FAIL, not EPIC SPORTS
