I have placed several orders. One of my orders I placed on 2/27/2019. I still haven't received my order it has been forever feel. Another item I order the description was not even nearly close to the softball pants i order. I also order the more expensive pant I thought the sizing was way off.

I have ordered through epic sports numerous times for all my baseball team gear. The products are great and the prices even better! I did have to return some items due to sizing, that took a little longer than expected to receive my return number.

The ordering process was great the delivery was on time. This sucks ended up being a little smaller than I had anticipated for soccer socks. We didn't have enough time to do a return so the girls had to wear socks and their shinguards were exposed.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
