Great product & price, super fast shipping
Customer service is very bad. Phones are nearly impossible to get through, although hold audio is funny. Once I got through, the person I spoke to was hostile and could not tell me anything helpful about my order. Trying to find out info online is frustrating because it does not get updated. I finally got resolution via email, but the result was unsatisfactory. My products arrived late and we had to alter our event because if that.

Shipping takes at least a week and a half longer then stated when ordered. My order was only started the day it was supposed to be delivered according to my receipt when the order was placed. Once the order was complete, the actual shipping took only days. This is my second order and it was the same. As long as you can wait a little longer, it's a great company to order from.
I was very pleased with the quality of the items I received, but the delivery was a huge disappointment. I know that your company does not own Amazon delivery, but their wrong address delivery was plain sad. Thanks to the honesty of the people who received my purchases, I was able to get them back. I will look at your company for future purchases, but wrong deliveries make me cautious of ordering items and expecting them at my address, especially when my correct address is labeled on the box.

I have placed several orders. One of my orders I placed on 2/27/2019. I still haven't received my order it has been forever feel. Another item I order the description was not even nearly close to the softball pants i order. I also order the more expensive pant I thought the sizing was way off.
