Some products went out of stock so had to cancel, they actually arrived anyway. Paid for express shipping but items did not come by estimated date, perhaps due to cancelled item delay. Customer service very difficult to reach, long wait time, did not always call back. Offered to refund shipping due to delay. Excellent prices I guess you get what you pay for..
