When I ordered the socks for our softball team I needed Medium and Large socks but it said they were out of large size so we ordered all medium. When I got the order all the sizes listed on the tag of each pair of socks were blacked out with a marker but you could still see the size through the marker. They sent us all large and one pair of small socks. Which just seems kind of shady. I understand things happen with stocking but just own it, and email me and let me know instead of try to hide it and hope I don't notice. Also I ordered a raglan shirt and the sizing was so strange. The collar was super tight, the sleeves were super big and loose and there was a hole in the shirt where it had been sewed incorrectly. However the quality of the socks were great for the price. So it was only a 3 star for me, not horrible but definitely room for improvement.

Overall the products themselves turned out really good at a great price. A few of the printed items could have been a little better and more clean/clear, but overall very happy with my order.

It took forever to get them after i order them in September 23rd, recieved them October 15th. Then they were not the size i order but used them anyways. They were kids belts instead of adult belts. Did not had time to fix the problem.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
