Normally I would be contacted but EpicSports if there was an issue with a product that I ordered. I contacted them after five days and did not receive a shipping or status update. The customer service rep seemed irritated that I called and asked about my order. I ended up picking the item up at the post office a day after it was expected for delivery. I hope that this is an exception to their normally outstanding customer service.
