"20 Retired" Army T's are excellent fit, graphics and material; didn't shrink when washed (inside-out) and hang loose like I wanted them to since I'm a big 3X. "Vietnam Veteran" hat was very nice as well. Can't beat you guys' prices! Will be on the look-out for future bargains.

This is my first experience so I can't give you a rating over one star until my merchandise arrive. The merchandise were too big. I needed a smaller size. I just blessed my teammate with them who needed another pair.Over all they were nice looking and reasonable

I have tried multiple time to contact a customer service rep via email, first sent email over a week ago, however I have have not received a response.
The prices are impossible to beat.
I only wish I could get faster, and yet keep shipping cost lower.
The online shopping experience was user-friendly. Epic offered a product that I could not find anywhere else. The only constructed feedback is that I did not receive the delivery tracking number until the day I expected to receive the purchase. Then the tracking information advised me the package would not be received until the next day. If the customer is not going to receive their package based on what they paid for, the customer should be told much sooner than the expected delivery date.

My experience working with Epic Sports was great. It was easy to order, and arrived in time for my grandson's birthday. I know he will love it.
Ordered A4 shirts got epic brand not what I ordered, called twice to return was on hold over an hour so just gave up. I don't understand why I was sent epic brand when I specificly ordered A4 brand.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
