IS TO NAVIGATE, FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. My only negative is I paid extra to have my packaged delivered express on the morning and it came a day later. Customer service did refund me part of the delivery charge.

If you order from EpicSports, you need to know that you will pay full price for shipping and if the item doesn't fit or meet your expectations; you will pay to ship it back and a RESTOCKING fee. For example our batting helmet/cap was approximately $15 plus tax and shipping it was more than $26. It didn't fit and restocking approximately $10 and shipping approximately $16----yeah a refund of what? $1---give me a break---we will never buy from Epic Sports again!

The Alleson XXS baseball pants would not even reach around the waist of my very small 4-year old grandson, whereas the Champro XXS fit him fine. Exchanging the Alleson was out of the question; the postage went from $5.99 to $10.99 on the reorder, because they had to be shipped from someplace else. Now I have pay return postage and a restocking fee of $2.69 to return the Alleson, so I will only get about half my money back. A bargain price is not always what it seems.
I emailed questions with no response. I called and left a message with questions, got no response.

I thought the quality and price was quite good.
However, I was disappointed in the layout of the game reports AND the fact that they did not fit correctly into the card holder. The game report sheets were too big to fit into the same card holder sleeve they came with.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
