All around Great experience
I ordered team baseball socks from Epic Sports. The socks arrived and were good quality. Unfortunately, they were too small and needed to be exchanged for a larger size. This is where the problem arises. Epic Sports has the worse customer service. I called the customer service number only to be told I was number 46 in the que with a 93 min wait, so I requested a call back and never received one. I emailed the customer service address to request help with my exchange...never got a response back. Finally, after going online and requesting a customer service call, I received one. A very rude gentleman told me he did not know if my item could be exchanged but transferred me to the sales department where I waited on hold for 43 minutes before being disconnected. I sent an email to the customer service department explaining my complaint and hoping someone would be able to help me with this exchange. 4 days have passed and I haven't received a response. I reordered larger socks from a different company (with a very helpful customer service department), paying a bit more (you get what you pay for!) and am still waiting for a response from Epic Sports on how I can return the small socks. If you are absolutely sure the item you are ordering will work, go for it! If you think a return/exchange may be a possibility...beware! I never file complaints with companies, but this experience has been disappointing!

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
