Had problems getting the website to load properly when attempting to pay for items, but once I was able to get the order submitted the products shipped quickly and were of good quality.

Got everything on time
We ran into a small issue with the billing and it was somewhat difficult to reach customer service as there was a long wait time but once I was connected everything was taken care of quickly and the rest of the process was extremely smooth. The product is even better than expected and for that price...so worth it all.

Good product, great prices. Baseball pants ordered were way bigger than expected.
Paid a lot extra for 2 day shipping. 2 of 3 orders didn't ship in time (or even close). Instead of waiving the shipping fee, they still made me pay for ground which would still be past delivery expectation.
Tried to cancel part of the order because of the late delivery, went and bought replacement, THEN was told the next day it wasn't cancel and the item shipped. So i went and returned what I purchased locally.
Trying to get a hold of anyone in Customer Service is an act of congress, if you request a call back expect it to be HOURS before that happens.
Sizing on pants was crazy off, maybe I chose a bad brand, but these weren't close. I had to pay to return and got hit with a restock fee - even with CS knowing about issues above. Huge waste of my time, and money now too. Buy local, these people will never see my business again.
