.Wish the orders would ship within 24 hours. I paid special shipping to have arrive on a particular day and it did not show up till the next day, because it was not shipped until the day I needed it and shipped overnight.
So far, it looks like we will be getting our jerseys the day before our game. I'm crossing my fingers that they're all shipped together and we can wear them as a team for game day!
On the scorebooks I would like to see the inside page and also know the dimensions. I was looking for large format and no more than 12 batters with space for subs.

I left items in my cart and they process the order without my consent. I contacted them amediately to cancel it and they would not return my emails until after the item was ready for shipping. Advised me I would have to pay a restocking fee and that they would not refund my shipping, eventhough the items have not shipped. Unfortunately a 0 rating was not an option
I tried to call you several times. I even left a call back number for you to call me because there was a 67 min. Wait. Guess what you never called me back. The order must have been packed by a two year old. The clothes were waded up and thrown in a box. My wife had a terrible time trying to get the wrinkles out. If this is the way you do things let me know I will never order from you again. Also we posted on face book what a lousy job you do on customer relations and the lousy job on packing. We have received over 500 hits on facebook about how we were treated. Also we found out you are not supposed to employ 2 year old kids to do your packing.

Customer service is horrible. Phone waiting time is always over an hour. Returns are expensive. Quality is what you would expect from China or Taiwan. They messed up my order and wouldn't return my emails so now I'm stuck with what I got. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
If you are happy with your order... that's good. If you are NOT happy or want to exchange... good luck... I am stuck with my order... I have to pay to return. Exchanging... costs more that it is worth. I took a chance a got stuck with things I can't wear. Terrible company.

Good, one item was backordered and had option to either cancel item or wait as items wouldnt ship separately. Seemed odd since my order of 7 items were shipped from 3 different warehouses.
This is the second time I have ordered from you and I will continue to do so. You are the cheapest I have found my work pants.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
