We will no longer shop with this company due to the horrible customer service exhibited when we attempted to make a change to the order. The rep basically refused to do anything to help even though he admitted that they missed the email/call back due to being "backed up." No attempt to even remedy the situation. I was only given the option to send them back and wait for a refund or re-order. Thanks for nothing. Luckily, we found the right socks at another dealer and will be using them moving forward.

Purchased a variety of items for baseball field prep. The dry chalk liner built by Champion was damaged and cheaply made. Not what was advertised on firm's website. I wrote to Epic and also Champion without any response. So be a smart consumer and stay away.

Update: Took a long time to receive order. Pants and socks were too big, belt is poor quality. The youth large pants are ridiculously long! Returns are not paid for by the company and a restocking fee is added. Based on the time it took to receive the order, there is not enough time to reorder, even if I wanted to, which I do not.

Paid for a new fast pitch softball bat for my daughter, when I received it the box and bat was damaged, I call customer service and they told me they would start the process of trying to have it replaced. It's been almost 10 days and I haven't heard from anyone at epic sports!
