Everything was great. Product arrived on time and when I had to return a pair of pants bc of size their customer service rep was the nicest person to talk to... she gave me directions and the return was easy.
Orders arrive fast. There was an issue where I only received part of my order, but that was resolved with a phone call, and the other portion of my order arrived quickly.
Only complaint would be hold time on the phone to speak with customer service.

The product itself is good. It arrived exactly when expected. The only issue was that the wrong instructions for my particular model were included in the box leading us to think we were missing parts. Ultimately, we figured it out and all is good!

PAID $30 extra for two day shipping and 10 days later received my order. Tried to cancel order and told me I could not. Finally said I could but had to pay a 35% restock fee for each item, remember I had not even received my item at this time. Also everytime you call it is atleast a 45 min wait and one time 2 hrs. Twice I got disconnected after being on hold for 45 mins, this happens right at 5pm. So be warned this company is a joke.
