I have had problems with Epic before! I ordered AXL, and the pants arrive four inches larger, like a AXXL! One rep told me a year ago that you use different manufacturers, and sometimes they size pants differently! What a nerve to say that. Anyway, the shorts that I ordered were cheap enough, that I will alter them and keep them. Also, there were other comments on your website from other people about the same issue; order one size and get another size.

Ordered play call wristbands. Ordered youth and received wrong size. Called service and average wait was an hour on hold. Emailed and heard nothing for over a week. Than finally got a return email only to be told that I would be charged shipping to return the items than charged shipping again for them to return the proper size that was originally ordered. Horrible service.

My order was delivered a day late, even with expedited shipping paid for! :( wasted $! Attempted to contact cust support, wait was over 90 minutes, left message for returned call, no call back recurved! Attempted contact via email, no response from customer service there either! :( was not very satisfied :(

I chose these socks for my softball team because they are super cute! (Who doesn't love polka dots?!) Upon arrival I was extremely satisfied with the quality! Great price also!
I though the sanitary socks would be cotton and not a nylon / polyester blend.
