Had what I needed for a good price
The price of the shirts (12) was fine. The quality was cheap. To return the shirts I spent 3 days trying to get past holding on the phone and listening to insipid jokes being repeated on a loop. All of this just to get an email from them to include in the pkg. Worst. Online. Shopping. Ever. I will never order from them or recommend them to anyone.
On the third day of calling, the young man who I finally got through to after being on hold for 1 hr, 31 mins was very nice. He apologized and offered his regrets.

I found what I was looking for fast but I never think its okay to pay more for shipping than the actual item. I know they have flat rate shipping boxes and I only order one shirt but have to pay over $10 for shipping.

I placed an order for 36 Blue bags and 36 Orange bags. I received my order however, there were 36 White bags instead of the orange. I contact Epic Sports in regards to the incorrect order and they asked me to email them a picture of the incorrect bags which I did. I have since followed up 3-4 times with no response. I have also sat on the phone trying to call in but I hung up after sitting on the phone for an extremely long period of time. Unfortunately, my event is in less than 2 weeks so I am just going to use the white backs. They are very hard to get ahold of and have been non-responsive.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
