Epic sports as a company is awsome. It can be a little tricky getting a live person on the phone but no complains for the most part. The only bad thing I can think of is the shipping cost.
Easy to find items. Epic always has great bargains. Description is normally good. Fit is as predicted. Because it takes longer to get items I try to shop other places but always come back to Epic for the Best Buy's.
I've actually only received a part of my order for this order number and no update yet on the remaining.
Be advised that pricing is always great, especially considering most of our orders meet the discounted rates for total number ordered. However it would be helpful great of the ordering process could provide either estimated or exact shipping cost "along the way" instead of right before checkout.

There was an error with my order. I was not sent one of the sizes I ordered and every time I try to call I have to wait an hour to talk to someone, so I've sent two emails and still nothing.
Great price but shipping cost WAY TO HIGH
This is the 4th or 5th year I have bought from epic. Girls love the pants and they fit great! Looks great and ships fast.
