We live in a small town and every year it's a struggle to find gear and pants for my son for baseball. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the items we received for the price! Honestly, I didn't think it would be great because everything was so affordable. But everything was wonderful! We are now lifetime customers!

We made a order in March 11 and have not received. My wife called and left 2 messages without a return call and sent a email. We finally received a return phone call today. They said that they had not received there order from Wilson until last week April 11. When asked if we could get it shipped today so we could have it by Thursday my kids could have it for there tournament they said we would have to pay extra for it to be shipped because its not there fault the order had not shipped. I will never buy from them again. There customer service sucks.
The site is easy to use and your prices are great. I know the merchandise will be of good quality (we have purchased from your site before). The only thing I found disappointing about the experience is your shipping costs. Over $8 for standard shipping is high in my opinion.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
