Delivery took an extra week and we didn't have game balls by opening day. When they did show up the balls were spilled out of boxes (this may not have been your fault)

It was a little rough the second time I ordered. As my order was delayed bc I needed to verify who i was. It then became hard to contact anyone to get it straitened out...between waiting on the hold line for over 35 min to be disconnected twice. But once I did everything moved easily. And I know it's a busy season.
For the high cost I paid for shipping, the item took longer to arrive than expected.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
