First of all, use your common sense. Don't place an order if you are in a rush, in that case go to your local store. I had a really good experience with Epic Sports, because we planned our purchase 5+ weeks in advance. I placed an order of 11 soccer jerseys + goalkeeper, all customized with numbers on the front and back + names, on March-26th. Make sure to triple check your design before you place the order to not stop the process. I didn't pay expedited shipping, just the regular ground shipping from US to Toronto, CA. They notified me it was shipped on Apr-04th and they added the tracking number which I used to follow up the entire route. Their original estimated delivery date since the beginning was Apr-15th and I received them on Apr-16th. Shipment cost is a bit high in my opinion, but it worth if you ask a team order, since uniforms are way cheaper that in Toronto local stores. The jerseys are good material, easy to dry. The fit is regular, not slim fit, so if you like a slim fit and you're size M, you better ask for S size. Printing is good and name + numbers don't have any mistakes. I would buy again if I need. The automatic order confirm asked for a portion of my social security number. That is not something that should be used for confirmation. For one thing I never gave you my social security number so how could you use it to confirm anything! When I did try to speak to someone I was never less than number 30 in the queue. In addition I emailed my concern and I never heard back.
