The first time I had to call the company it was per their request because they had a question regarding my address. I promptly returned the call and experienced a 43 minute wait time to speak with a rep. When I finally got to speak to one she was rude and curt. After she got her information I was in the middle of asking a question when she hung up on me--no doubt under pressure to deal with the other poor souls waiting to speak with a rep (I think they only have one). The second time I needed to call to return items the wait time was 51 minutes, so I opted to leave a message for a return call--waited 3 days--it never came. My third try lasted 29 minutes. If you have to return an item you HAVE to call the company first to receive a return authorization #. Such long phone wait times make returning product a big inconvenience. They also charged a 10% "restocking" fee on some sizes and 25% percent on others. The baseball shirts ordered are poor quality--very thin (way too see-through for a girl) and didn't hang well. The 8 pairs of baseball pants ran two sizes too small in every size I ordered (I followed their sizing chart) but were not returnable because they were on sale. On the $64.50 in merchandise that I am allowed to return I am being charged a $13.00 "restocking" fee plus the cost of shipping. This has been a bad, time-consuming and expensive experience. I will not use this company again.

You should not be allowed to sell products to any one. The delivery time was ridiculous and cost of the product was very high. I contacted you twice about my order cancelling it and you ignored my emails. Then shipped the product and the only way to return it is to call you in which you expected me to wait 20 minutes. That is the worst customer service ever. Never again will I buy from you and will make sure everyone I know also uses Amazon instead.
I have never been so furious with the way I was treated by customer service its unreal... this is their job I was on the phone waiting for over an hour then Case the rudest costumer service rep decided he will just hang up on me. He also laughed when told people she is taking notes... all because the pants I ordered are wrong sized by the company took pictures I said this is for my team and need them I will buy new ones and exchange the others ones... ALL i wanted was for free shipping since i already paid it once... Case out if Kansas rudely just kept saying well we arent doing that. Does he understand this is his job to help people? Please dont chance ordering thru this company if something goes wrong they will treat you horrible... he needs to realize costumers pay for his job.
Pants came too large, I was told that I would have to pay restocking fees and a second 10.00 shipping if I were going to order smaller pants. Too much $ being lost if I returned, so I am chalking up to self stupidity on my part. Will never order from them again

Their customer service is $#*!. I tried to send an email and got not response. I ended up having to call them just to have the representative unemotionally tell me I couldn't exchange due to the items being closeouts. First of all, I ordered the exact same size for 3 tops, yet 2 of them are magically much smaller than the one that actually fits me. SO it's my fault that 2/3 of my order were incorrectly sized and I didn't even get an apology much less an actual offer for resolution. Just "It's a closeout item. You can't exchange or return." then utter silence. No refund, no exchange, no apology. Just straight up silence. WTF. On top of receiving items that were too small, despite the other one being perfect AND it was the exact same size and same exact brand, my items were delivered days later than they said it would. Terrible customer service. What did fit was perfect-I just wish they were a little more caring of their consumers.

The company lacks the number one quality of customer service. Empathy. And they could stand to get training for that. I had two original problems ordering baseball pants. 1) Having to pay extra for "expedited" delivery given five options, I took the middle one. All kinds of flags stating that even though I was paying extra, shipping was not guaranteed. Should have known. Arrived late. Tsk Tsk. When I complained they commented it was not guaranteed, of course, and were happy for me it arrived within 3 days of original date (8 day total). Tsk Tsk. 2) The support after the fact is a joke. Tsk Tsk.
When a "customer" has to wait on hold or be called back at the convenience of the business because they are so "overwhelmed" and you must drop what you are doing to answer the call back. Tsk. Tsk. Manager actually told me when I gave them a bad review on their support, that they occasionally get busy and it takes time to respond. 1) I called three times and waited on hold for an hour and a half once, got a call back two and half hours later another time, and I couldn't get to the phone. On another occasion I simply gave up. Tsk. Tsk. Called back just today to return items that do not fit, to which I had inquired about through email because I already knew the hold times were a joke. No responses after repeated emails! Tsk Tsk. Was told one pair of pants was on closeout and could not be returned, the more expensive pair of baseball pants. The other, $6.99 pant could be returned at my expense and they doubted it would be worth it. Correct! Never will do business with this outfit. Not even sure how they have positive responses. Tsk Tsk. At the end of the call the girl told she couldn't do anything about returning the closeout because I left a bad review with the BBB. I only left a review on an email they sent me asking about service. It was filtered through the BBB for some reason, but they sent the email. Tsk Tsk. It doesn't get much worse than this. One of the worst customer experiences I have had. No exaggeration.

My order was submitted 5/16/19 and still have not received, contact customer service waited 2 hour for someone to tell me my order was being send back to them and would cancel my order and refund me, still no refund
I made an inquiry to this company regarding their return policy before purchasing, as their sizing guide was unclear as was their policy, and I thought I may end up returning softball pants that did not fit my daughter. They did not respond, however they managed to spam my email with advertisements twice a day. After the 3rd day I wrote another note to customer service saying that I would rather not be advertised to and just have my question answered. No response. Weeks went by, and I forgot about them and looked into other businesses to purchase from. ONE MONTH later, to my surprise, I got a dry unprofessional reply from "Rachael" to my original email about their return policy. In the meantime, I had purchased softball pants elsewhere weeks ago - so long ago that my daughter had the chance to wear several times already by the time Epic Sport responded to me. I replied to "Rachael" stating that I already did business elsewhere and I was disappointed in the lack of any response from Epic Sports in over a month and would not be doing business with them. Her reply was "OK have a nice day!" Multiple exclamation points? Really? A sarcastic unprofessional reply from this company doesn't surprise me at all. In her reply there was no apology for the lack of response to my inquiry nor any acknowledgement of the inconvenience they caused or responsibility for it. If you read through their website they have an obnoxious tone throughout, thus the reason I emailed them in the first place about their return policy, as I was trying to gauge the difficulty in dealing with them. I found out. It's difficult AND unpleasant. Save yourself the headache and do business with a company that actually appreciates their customers. This one does not.

Forget the lure of "great" prices and selection - not worth the hassle. After placing my order, I received an email saying that my order could not go forward without additional information - this, after I had received an email saying it had been approved and placed. The email said I could provide that additional information via their online link - including part of my social security number. Not a chance I'd do something so reckless, and it suggested potential phishing or fraud. So I called numerous times, and was placed on terminal holds over an hour, with repeated interruptions telling me my wait time was one minute. While the line allowed me to leave my phone number for a call back, that call never came in the course of a day, despite me leaving it several times. I am getting ready to contact my credit card company and reverse the charges for my order. Sad, sad, sad. Never again.

I would love Epic Sports, except for two huge issues. They overcharge for shipping like crazy. Not just a couple bucks either. Like double what it really costs. I think this is how they make up for the good deals they provide. Secondly, it takes forever to receive your products. I wonder if it's like some of the online providers that ship direct from China.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
