One of the chest protector is defective. The string sewn in one of the shoulders came apart after first game used.
I placed my order and requested 3 day shipping... and paid $50 for that. They waited a complete 48 hours before they even contacted me to tell me that they didn't have my order in stock. Thennnnnn... I had to call them to let them know what I wanted to do. I waited on hold for over an hour, JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON. I then called back and spoke to such a rude individual who didn't care that my team had to forfeit games because our order wasn't there. His response... there's nothing I can do. They wouldn't even refund me my expedited shipping fee. This company is an absolute nightmare! Next year, I will pay a more expensive price with another company just because Epic doesn't care about their customers! I will contact the BBB also and let everyone know how 'GREAT' of a company you are
