Expensive shipping and THEN they hold your entire order if one item is not in stock- but they don't tell you that, they simply change your ship date, THEN tell you that they din't know if you can take that ONE item off that is holding up the entire order that you need IMMEDIATELY! Super rude and unhelpful on the phone., I suppose that's what you should expect with the really low pricing. It's been over a week and they just changed my date to another two weeks out. SOOO upsetting

I was ordering volleyballs for the high school volleyball team that I coach. Because I paid with my debit card, my shipping address did not match my billing address. This caused a hold to be put on my order which could only be taken off by contacting Epic Sports by phone, only when I called, I had to wait for long periods of time, which I almost never had time to do. When I finally had time to wait more than 20 minutes on hold, I had to give my husband's date of birth in order to have my order taken off hold when that should have had nothing to do with an order for my school. It was a frustrating experience all around which caused a delay of almost two weeks on my order. However, I am thankful to have gotten my volleyballs for a great price. I just wish it hadn't been such a complicated process.

I could not believe the life saving work these guys did for me. I'm a screen printer. I had some issues with some of the shirts I was printing and needed to replace a few shirts. I went back to my usual supplier and they could not get the shirts here on time, nor did they have one of the sizes I needed. By absolute chance, I came across epic sports and they handled both issues. I was honestly skeptical that they would have the shirts here 3 DAYS EARLIER than S&S but they did it! I know it seems silly, but I was going in for surgery and literally would not be able to do the shirts if they were even one day later than quoted. I am honestly considering changing vendors all together. Thanks All!
