I've been trying to reach somebody via email and phone to arrange for a return of some of the merchandise that was overage. I can't get through on the phone (I've waited on hold for more than 30 minutes on two occasions) and none of my emails have received a reply. Please assist me. Thank you.

I ordered a football shoulder pad T-strap and the website seemed to indicate that it was a qty of 1 strap per pack. So I ordered a qty of 2 since i needed two straps per shoulder pad. Well, I ended up receiving two packs of two. When i asked about returning one of the packs, since it was confusing, i was told that i would have to pay the return shipping fee and a re-stocking fee, which i didn't think was fair since the website is a bit misleading on what you receive. Please correct your website in the future on what actually gets shipped.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
