I've ordered before with epic sports. While their shipping process and email response can be slow and impractical for the consumer I've received my orders. This last order I made will be my last!
I received incorrect items not ordered and when trying to expedite to return was given the run around. When trying to escalate to a supervisor he was the rudest most condescending individual I've dealt with in years. Not worth my time, frustration and money to deal with any longer. Especially when the error was not mine. Cutting my losses and finding a company with better operating processes and customer service.
Epic Sports' Customer Service is highly impressive. Got the items in timely manner. For the t-shirts that I ordered, they are beautiful but kind of tight in the arms. Next time, I will try ordering the next size. The visors are superb! And most of all, the cost of the items were really great! Keep up your great service!

The shorts are way too short the price for the shipping was more expensive then the actual 4 shorts I bought in total. Overall the shipping was fast which was perfect timing for my first game. Good job.
I had a modification to my order in Less than 24hours after my order. I had to pay an additional shipping fee for 1 item that cost $2.45. I felt Epic could have waived that charge.
I CALLED TO TRY AND RETURN THE ITEMS AND WAS TOLD I COULDNT RETURN SINCE IT WAS A CLOSE OUT, I DIDNT SEE ANYTHING IN THE NOTE SAYING THIS. I SPOKE TO A REP AND ONCE I SAID I WOULDNT BE USING YOU ALL AGAIN HIS RESPONSE WAS 'EXCELLENT" HE COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS. I WILL MAKE SURE I DONT USE YOU ALSO GET THE WORD OUT TO OTHERS. Overall experience was good. Team order option to enter direct quantities did not work for a few of the items. Had to enter multiple sizes and colors individually.
