I ordered 16 hoodies from them. Was told they were in stock and would be shipped in 7-10 days. I got tons of texts and emails to expect my order and when. When that day came and went I contacted customer service to check the status. They told me they had just switched vendors and would be shipping things out within the week. When that came and went, I called again. I was told that they actually didn't have any vendor and are in the process of trying to find another one. I called for a third time and was told they finally have one and the items would be sent out soon but didn't have an exact date. They never once called/emailed/text that they were having shipping and vendor issues even though they continued to text about how I should be expecting my order on its due date. They never gave you options or solutions. They just say nothing until you inquire. The hoodies were ordered in the beginning of Aug, we didn't get them until the season was almost over in OCTOBER. When i called asking for a refund they told me absolutely not. That I could send them back in for 50% of what we paid for a store credit. They don't care about customers or doing what's right. They got their money and could care less about you. They are rude and disrespectful. There are other great companies to order these things from and I would highly suggest you seek those out. Epic Sports is not worth your money or your time.
The communications from this company are really great. There was no guesswork because they kept me informed of my order every step of the way.
The products for my team came in quickly and everyone loved the quality. During the process the design team made some improvements that I really liked. They are a big hit on campus
I ordered some cheap practice jerseys for my 4th grade team. Jerseys came in quickly and price was great. Only complaint I have is that i ordered 3 youth small jerseys and 7youth large and 1 adult small and received 4 small and 6 large but we made it work okay. Otherwise a good experience!
Horrible. I texted, we through all the hoops, was never able to talk to human. List job because we were not able to produce uniforms.
Good overall but one of the sweatshirts didn't have a logo on it. Just plain. Order was only 12 items. May need to quality check a little closer. Other items were very satisfactory.
Ordered some orange polo shirts, they delivery came in faster than promised and the shirts were higher quality than I expected for the price.
I placed and order and paid for next day shipping. Not only did it not come next day it showed up 5 days later which was 3 days to late and I could not use the product for my event. I reached out and was told a ticket would be put in for a refund for the shipping (because to turn the items back in it's a restocking fee and I refused to pay that for something that wasn't my fault) which shipping was $67, almost double what the actual products cost AND I couldn't even use them! But heard nothing afterwards, and when I reached out again I was told I received the product so there was nothing that could be done. So I now have 6 shirts that I can not use and I'm out over $100 for them. Very very disappointing. I will never use this site again.
I ordered from Epic Sports on 10/16 and paid for expedited shipping (2–3 days). It's now been 8 days and I still have no tracking or delivery. I've contacted support and have not received a satisfactory response. Hoping they resolve this quickly — will update.

1st order in September was basic shirts that were immediately shipped and great. Our head coach, Christopher Olivo has now been trying to place a custom embroidered order for the team and communication has been terrible and the order has not advanced and still no contact.

I loved the kid shirts I received and used them for a class field trip. They run a little big, but I like that since we put them over the shirts they were wearing. The adult shirts I ordered for the teachers ran small and we were not able to use them, but we had a plan B, so it was still a success.
