Your inventory states 100s of units in stock on line but then when we order and run through the whole process and you take the money, you send an email saying "items out of stock", order again if you want to try it all over again yet you won't fix your site to not allow an order to be placed when things are not really in stock! Then you take the money each time instantly but say it will take 10 days to give it back?!?!🤔🤔 Not good practice… and stop saying it's the banks fault, it's a digital world, they can see when something is being processed, if you took the money that fast, it can be refunded just as fast…!
My father is a bank executive, stop bull$#*!ting people, they know when you have processed a refund and can see it in their end… you DID NOT do it when you say you do and it should not take 10 days to do it, no one wants their Monroe's held up like this at Christmas time!

Ordering was easy. Jackets run a bit large so I wish I would have sized down one but good quality and came in a reasonable amount of time.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
