Whole experience was pleasant. Was ordering materials for church use. Would have liked to have been able to use tax-free status to avoid sales tax. Church secretary filled out form with info and gave it to me; however, did not have any way to convert to a pdf. System would not take a photograph (i.e. Jpg or png). Thus we paid taxes.

It was simple and easy to complete the order. The pricing was a little high for the printing on both sides of the jersey but the overall product price was about the lowest I could find.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
