Placed an order, waited and a month later received a partial shipment in a damaged box (Mailed that way. "Not our problem."). Another 4 weeks go by with arguing every other day and receive most of it but this time in the wrong sizes! Too many Sports Stores to put up with this crap!

Slow shipping time, but great product
I placed an order with epic sports and realized within 20 minutes that I needed to make a change. I contacted their customer service immediately, but was told they couldn't make any changes. The order didn't ship for over a week after this point. Terrible business, terrible service. I never received my package and they won't do anything about it

Green whistle blows great. Black whistle blows like a cheap old pealess whistle( blows like crap no way you could get control of a large PE class at a high school). They emailed me saying I couldn't send the whistle back because of a warning label which is not true. No warning label on box. I will never order from this company again. STAY WITH FOX 40 people. Also the Fox 40 sonic blast is better than the fox40 classic.
