Customer service needs better training on chat. Loooooong periods of silence, Reps should check in way more frequently with customers. Rep couldn't find my order and account with any of the info I provided straight off the email and invoices. More than a 5 min lull where I was having to constantly check in with rep & they basically said oh yeah i'm waiting for you to find the right info.well why didn't they ask me/tell me that? They asked for information that I had already sent "above". Then when I told them that the other rep had found my info very quickly with the same info I provided, they responded with "I already have your account info up". What? Well then clarify what the heck it is you need from me! Soooo very frustrating! Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
