They responded promptly when I asked where my order was, basically saying they didn't know when the supplier would ship, but then I had to wait an additional 3 weeks to receive the hat. It was nicer than expected but unfortunately it got crushed in shipping. I hope the dents comes out eventually.
I received out 4 tshirts, 3 wrong sizes. Youth XL instead of Adult XL. I got approved for an RME, but the cost to send them back was too much. I thrown them to the garbage. I will never order product from Epic web store.
All was good...i just need more options with pockets.
First order was for Qty 5 Majestic Authentic Long Sleeve Pullover.
Ordered a size large and though the shirts I got were labeled as large they fit like a 2XL.
Reading the customer comments showed that this was a common issue and should have ordered a medium.
Of course the medium were out out stock. Apparently I wasn't the only person who figured that out.
They were a closeout Item so I just gave them away,

This time I was careful at reading the size info which was a bit of a guess because the description placed the large size between a large and XL fit.
They fit like an XL and fit like they were made for a female with breasts.
Allot of baggy material on either side of the V neck and looked ridiculous.
I tried washing them in hat water and the fit was much better in front but because of the shoulders being cut for someone without shoulders their was bunching around the neck and on top my shoulder.
Raising my arms the back of the shirt was tight between the shoulders restricting arm movement.
That does it for me.
I'm now convinced that the only sell clothing that were discarded as rejects from he manufacturers.
Save your money, time, and hassle and spend it elsewhere.
I'm done with them.

Didn't like to be charged shipping twice because you product runs smaller then the uniform company and I had to send back pay shipping and then pay shipping twice to get my products

Products are great so far. Ordered cooling and dry fit shirts for summer work outside and so far they are great. You would think with the low price it would be low quality but thats not the case. Great quality for an even better price. Only down fall is shipping.If your not in an hurry then your good but if you want it sooner within a week or two you will have to pay alot more for shipping
