Bought some Basketball shorts and T's for work. Shorts were below the knee just like I wanted@ 6' 2"" tall. Shorts & T's were well constructed and priced right. My only complaint would be that the shorts had no pockets... oh, well...
All the products were available but the soccer balls that cost the most tore in their stitching after 2 weeks. Other product quality such as shorts, shirts and socks were very good.
I suggest you take your business to another outlet. I have been buying stuff online for >10 years from multiple vendors in different parts of the country and never, ever had to wait more than about an hour to get a return email if you send a comment/question to customer service. They list items on their website as in-stock with 1-2 day lead times and do not show any indication of them being shipped after nearly 5 business days. I don't know if they like to operate on the "surpise your package is here" model, but that's no way to do business.
Time will tell if I do get the items I ordered and paid for, but so far these guys DO NOT give me that warm and fuzzy feeling that usually accompanies a purchase made with a reputable business.

We are happy with the sneakers that we purchased for our daughter. But we were not happy that it took several weeks to get the wrong size because we were miss led and then returned them thinking it would be a quick turn around and it was not. No one could work with us as far as trying to make the return quicker so our daughter could have the sneakers for tournaments that she was playing in.
Very impressed with the speed in which my product was delivered. The quality of the product is excellent. I will definitely use this company in the future.

This site offers great deals on women's shapewear. I've purchased items as gift for friends & myself & had been satisfied. But my last purchase was 44B. I had purchased others & the fit was alway accurate. This item stated 44B, but it was 48,50, or bigger. I contacted Epic, & they refused to assist. At my expense ( they didn't fit) I shipped the items back. They gave me only a partial refund of monies owed.

Every goal keeper shirt I picked out by Rinat was either out of stock or had been discontinued. If you don't have it, don't show it online, that just makes me go looking elsewhere for it. Prices are good but really cool looking shirts were practically non existant. You can find colored shirts anywhere, I wanted something different.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!


Martin, your order was placed on ( 4/2/2014) and before you checked out, you had to acknowledge the late delivery date of (4/21/2012) BEFORE we accepted your payment and the delivery date is also printed on your receipt.
So naturally you wouldn’t have received a shipping notice 5-days later, because it won’t ship until approximately 5-days before the delivery date and we will email with the tracking number when it does ship.
We understand your concern, but frankly we’ve done everything possible to inform you of the late shipping date, BEFORE, DURING & AFTER your purchase.
We ship over 6,000 orders every day and 97.8% arrive on time, but we think it’s a little unfair to give us a bad rating before we’ve even had the chance to do our jobs.
If your package doesn’t arrive by (4/21/2012) we’ll be glad to assist you in any way we can.
