The package was fairly crumbled when I received it. Aside from the referee shirts, all other shirts seemed to have been shoved in the package & were wrinkled badly. As a matter of fact a couple of shirts looked very old, dirty & possibly was used as a rag.
The "Green" referee shirt which was ordered size "Large", came in as a size "Medium". Luckily, my son wears "Medium" & he could use it. I ordered another Large one from a different supplier. I guess, I should have rated my shopping experience as "very unsatisfied", as most probably, I will order my future gears from this new supplier, which supplied me with my order, timely, cleanly, correctly, economically and beautifully packed.
I purchased a pair of baseball pants and the options were very clear with many to choose from. The quality of the pants was excellent, as was the price.

I HAD TROUBLE FROM THE WORD GO... THE EPIC OPERATOR I FOUND TO BE EITHER NEW ON THE JOB OR INEXPERIENCED... AFTER ORDERING A GOLF WINDSHIRT... THE OPERATOR MAILED ME BACK SAYING SORRY WE ARE OUT OF STOCK IN THAT SIZE OF "JACKET"?
I MAILED HIM BACK EXPLAINING IT WASN'T A "JACKET"... IT TAKEN 11 EMAILS TO THIS COMPANY TO ORDER ONE (1) SINGLE ITEM.
I COULD SAY MORE TOO... I FOUND THERE STAFF TO BE VERY RUDE TOO... THE LADY I SPOKE TO FIRST EXPLAINING THEY HAD SENT A LARGE INSTEAD OF AN XL., SHE FIRMLY STATED WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY... HAVING ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR WHO WAS JUST AS RUDE BY SAYING I HAD ORDERED AN LARGE, INSTEAD OF AN XL... I WAS ALSO WAKEN UP BY TELEPHONE 2 MORNINGS ON THE RUN AT 8.0AM TO A RECORDED VOICE STATING THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE PLEASE CALL "GARRY" AT EPIC SPORTS... IN ALL A TOTALLY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE., I'LL NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN.
AND TO CAP IT ALL I SPENT A FURTHER $17 TO MAIL THE RETURN, THEN I RECIVED A FUTHER EMAIL OFF THE SUPERVISOR STATING THEY REFUSE TO PAY POSTAGE ON THE XL CORRECT WINDSHIRT... WHAT STARTED OFF AT $33 BUCKS WAS UP TOO $73 DOLLARS... I JUST TOLD THEM TO CANCELL THE RETURN AND CREDIT MY VISA..

Do not order from this company, horrible customer service. They are rude and not helpful at all. I ordered baseball pants for my team and they were extremely long, had to return them and they took almost a month to return my money and charged restocking fees. It ended up costing me $ 70.00 for restocking and shipping and I have nothing for it. Will advice every coach I know not to make this mistake.
Terrible experience with this company. We bought a lacrosse stick and the site said it would be shipped immediately but once the purchase went through, the receipt said it would not arrive for a month. They would not let us cancel the order and it took even longer than a month so we ended up having to buy the same stick somewhere else. Now we have two of them and Epic won't take a return.

Epic Sports have horrible customer service yes you will get the product earlier then the website say but it's not going to be in good condition I received shorts and shirts that was dirty like somebody been dragging it on the ground. And the products that are on back order don't even mention it you will be waiting so long you will forget you order it
All our products are shipped in factory packing and if you received something that was dirty we’ll be glad to correct the issue and would have if you would have provided your order number.

I have ordered a lot from Epic for several years and have been 100% satisfied, until this order which is missing items from another vendor, the issue is currently being dealt with by Epic so I cannot review how they handle it yet I will when it is completed.
Really bad experience with EpicSports.com. Bought a wetsuit, tried it on, doesn't fit. Company won't accept returns. Heather in customer service claims wetsuits are, "considered swimwear, bodysuit." and therefore on their list of non-returnable items. Nowhere does it list wetsuits as non-returnable on their website, and no one refers to wetsuits as "swimwear, bodysuits." Others have had the same problem in the past and it looks like they haven't changed their MO: They just make stuff up to avoid taking returns. Lame.
As long as the suit is uncreased and still in new condition, it can be returned, so this could be a mistake on our part.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS SITE. PRODUCTS MAYBE CHEAP BUT DONT LAST. I WOULD PREFER EBAY OR AMAZON IF YOU CANT AFFORD $#*!'S SPORTS OR SPORTS AUTHORITY. PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS - THEY SHOULD CALL IT "CUSTOMERS NOT SERVICED". THEY DONT HAVE FREE SHIPPING AND SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING YOURSELF, AND DEDUCT 20%~50% RESTOCKING FEE.
The customer placed the order on 4/23/2014 and called to cancel the order the next day on 4/24/2014, however since the order had already been shipped, it could not be cancelled.
Customer ordered 4-athletic cups and 2-pairs of socks and has never called us to complain about their quality, so we have to assume that the customer is simply mad because we shipped their order before they could cancel it.
CONCERNING FREE SHIPPING?
Many people mistakenly believe there is such a thing as FREE SHIPPING, but that could only happen if the post office offered free postage stamps or if UPS or Fed-ex delivered your order free…. But sadly we all know they can’t, because it’s expensive to pay for the drivers and the gas for their trucks and planes.
SO HOW CAN OTHER BUSINESS OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
The simple truth is, the cost of the SO CALLED FREE SHIPPING has been added to the cost of the product…. So it only appears you’re getting free shipping, but you’re really paying more for the product with FREE SHIPPING, than you would have paid by the combined cost of purchasing the best priced item plus shipping added.
SHIPPING COST EXAMPLE:
We ship over 1,000,000 packages annually at an average shipping cost of $9.00 per shipment for a total yearly shipping cost of $9 Million Dollars. Someone has to pay those shipping charges and merchants have 2-choices, to hide the cost of shipping in the overall cost of their products and advertize FREE SHIPPING or to be honest and give you the lowest cost products and shipping, we think our customers deserve the lowest prices and the honest truth.

Do not buy from this company! Ordered $400 dollars worth of soccer jerseys, only to find out after they had already shipped that all of the names and numbers were printed on the front instead of the back like they they were ordered. Extremely unhelpful customer service reps would not admit company's mistake and basically said tough luck.

Your order was placed on-line (without our help) and you selected FRONT JERSEY PRINTING.
The order confirmation we emailed you immediately after the order was placed, clearly states Front Jersey Printing. Had you simply called us either before placing the order or immediately afterwards, we could have corrected your mistake.

Epic sports charged my card but didn't ship the product. Their database was so screwed up they could not even verify the home address of the card. If you want your product quickly avoid these people like the plague.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
