I ordered soccer balls to put in boxes for Operation Christmas Child. They arrived in plenty of time to fill the boxes.

The item I tried to purchase was back ordered (the website did NOT reflect that or I would've ordered something different). I paid extra for expedited shipping to receive my item in the time frame I needed. I received an email saying my item had been back ordered and to choose a different product or confirm the new shipping date. This was a Friday.
I am on the west coast and was unable to respond until after work, 5pm my time, 7pm your time. My email wasn't responded to until Monday. I asked that the new item I chose be delivered in the time frame I had paid for. I could not get a guarantee of that probably because the company didn't want to pay more to get me the item when I was confirmed to receive it. I had to cancel the order and go without the item that I needed. I will not be ordering from this company again if I am under a time crunch. Also, if an item is back ordered you should make note a that online to prevent this from happening to future buyers.
