Great shopping experince
A part of my cat tree had a large staple poking out which had i not caught it could have ended up with a vet visit. I nailed it back in, which caused damage. Was looking for a small reimbursement, but was only offered a replacement part. Which would entail taking apart the entire tree. Overall not happy with purchase.
My shopping experience was easy and the order shipped quickly and correctly.
I don't understand why I paid $3.99 for something to be shipped on the 9th of December when I ordered the item on the 25th of November and on top of that I never received an expected delivery date when the receipt was sent to my Email, sincerely: Guy Ricci

The customer service was awful. My wife called first and was handed to multiple people with the same bad attitude. Didn't want to explain anything, had zero ability to provide customer service. I was called later because of a previous email requesting help and once I verified the order was told how rude and mean my wife was because of previous conversations. We cancelled our order and bought 14,546.00 worth of stuff elsewhere for our new cages. Terrible
