Ranger PT shorts arrived and were very silky like something a woman would wear.
I purchased 5 items on December 4th and 1 item came in shortly after. I called on December 15th to ask when the rest of my order would be delivered and I was told December 29th. This is a long time for shipping.

Ordering process was easy, delivery time and price was reasonable.
Last year, we purchased some Melton and Mikasa light balls, however, some of them were broken just use a few of times. I have requested an replacement but no answers so far. How can I request the refund or replacement? We buy a lot of volleyball balls from your company every year.
