I placed a large order over $5.00 in Richardson hats. My order showed up completely wrong! I got 4 hats not the 60 I ordered. Now my order will be late and to top it off I paid for and requested ups red it was sent saver... you know that's not right! I need this fixed asap!

This was the second year in a row I ordered futsals from Epic to provide to participants in a Winter Program run by my club. Waited until registration closed to place the order so I'd know how many we'd need. Epic had the balls in stock and delivry arrived in time so we could use the first week.

This website is a hit and miss. Bought ski bib and come to find out it was too big. Requested for an exchange and the size is no longer available. 10% restocking fee plus you pay for shipping. Exchanging an item gets complicated. Purchase exchanged item first then get reimbursed. Customer service is good though, just the return is just so inconvenient. I will shop somewhere else.
