I'll give it Epic sports, they always have really good prices and exclusive apparel, but their turn around on the shipping is atrocious. I paid an extra $35+ (On a $100 order) for 3-day shipping (order placed on 2/23/17) and I ended up getting it (3/6/17) almost 2 weeks later. This is simply unacceptable, When I called customer service they stated that this delay was due to the supplier having to ship the apparel to Epic first for approval, before they could then ship out to me -- and according to the manager I spoke with, that is when the clock starts on the shipping. This is a joke in my eyes! How does Epic not have their own inventory on hand and why don't they give more approximate ship dates? When I was purchasing I was told I would receive my order on 3/1/17 and after they charged my card and I got my confirmation email, the date changed to 3/9/17. This should be fraud! It caused a major inconvenience in my business and I had to provide a partial refund to my customer due to the delay. Epic was unwilling to acknowledge this horrible business practice and did not want to refund me my extra shipping payment. I will be looking for a replacement supplier because they are obviously running a 3rd party sham and are not holding themselves accountable.

You can find anything you need to equip a track and field team at a reasonable price. The equipment arrives on time.
I paid for 3-day shipping, but it does not say that "PROCESSING" might take two weeks. Very disappointed that the site says nothing of this, only after you pay for the 3 day shipping and your email confirmation says 2 1/2 weeks later AFTER you have paid for 3 day.
I have had nothing but problems! I ordered socks and called them the next day to change the order. I told them if it was too difficult that we could just leave it how it was. They ended up canceling it and not letting me know and I had to call them to figure out why they hadn't sent yet. Needless to say I did not get my order on time and they would not expedite shipping even though I offered to pay for it to get them here. I think I literally heard the customer service agent shrug her shoulders. They did not even try to make it right. There are plenty of other sites to order through I will not be giving them my money again

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
