Shopped Epic Sports many times. Price is always competitive, product is always plentiful and shipping is always fast. Very satisfied! Keep it up.

Epic sports is terrible! The hold times on the telephone can be 30 minutes or more. The umpires chest protector I ordered was never delivered. I had to buy one elsewhere and cancel my order with epic. I'd never order from them again!

I have not received my item yet, tried call twice and was on hold and was 15 in queue to speak to someone. Also sent email and have not heard from anyone. Very poor customer service and still have not received item.

Good price! Im usually an XL in mizuno and a L in champro, bought these in a 36-38 because of my large thighs. Perfect.

I ordered 3 Champro reversible basketball jerseys. One was a light blue and the other 2 were a columbia blue. I sent in a request to have the light blue replaced so that the team matched. And I was told that I should expect a color variance. The blues did not match. And I believe that Epic sports should have made an effort to fix the issue so that the team would match.

Excellent, however, after I received my purchase, I saw that the pricing on the items I purchased had reduced.
Is there a policy with Epic that refunds you or gives you store credit for this happening?

I really dislike that I placed an order on Monday morning around 10:30 a.m. and when I call on Wednesday to check on the status of the order the response I get is It looks like it'll ship today so we're still on time for our Estimated ship date. Unacceptable... I've been ordering products through Epic Sports for the past four years for our organization. That relationship in in serious jeopardy!

Got it at great price and super fast delivery. I will be ordering from epic sports again. The product was of great quality.

We made a purchase for our soccer league, and had only one issue with some cones that were ordered. They were much "lighter" than the picture indicated. They looked like heavy rubber bottoms that wouldn't blow over in a strong wind. We've got to go through a process to get them returned, and order the correct ones.

I ordered on 2/27/17 with an expected ship date of 3/2/17. Still hasn't arrived. When I called, their response was it still hasn't arrived there from the warehouse and they aren't sure when it wI'll arrive. Great prices but poor service!
