I ordered shin guards sku#E*******. Unfortunately, they are too small. I used the measurement guide provided however, they are too small. The way the instructions are provided to measure are not accurate. I sent an email to return however customer services hasn't responded in a timely manner or been supportive in returning the product. I'm not satisfied with Epic customer service.

Placed an order on march 2nd and march 4th. Either order has still not shipped. I called customer service to cancel orders and they had audacity to say yes it can be cancelled but I will be charged a restocking fee. I asked the customer service manager to please direct me on her website where they give that information. It was hidden in FAQ, with about 4 steps to find it. It took her a few minutes even to find it. Clearly company is sinply trying to nickel and dine you when they hide that and it takes their own customer service manager a few minutes for herself to remwmber how to find that information. Absolute joke of a company. I will never buy from this company again and I suggest you do not as well.

SHIRTS ARE GREAT! Unfortunately i was not aware that when i selected numbers and did not just personalize in an order that they wouldn't show at all. So that was disappointing. Other than that things were great!

My item cam four days late after I'd payed for four day shipping. I contacted customer service as to how to make a return but have not heard back yet
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
